I have the greatest respect for the wonderful ladies in the office, the service guys making sure my stuff is always working correctly and the amazing guys that installed a new unit in my attic last week ( July - 140 degrees in the attic that day). I spent several weeks searching for a competent HVAC repair company to complete services at my pharmacy in Homer. I found Holstead's. A tech arrived and completed repairs in a very timely manner. I had a second unit malfunction within days of the initial repair, and a tech completed the repair quickly and efficiently (without a ridiculous travel fee). Kelly, Becca, and Autumn are all a part of the amazing office staff; they are knowledgeable and friendly. These ladies did an incredible job streamlining the repair process.

Waking up to an AC overflow of water coming through the ceiling and rolling off the stairway landing is not the way you want to start your day. With a quick call, Autumn Biscomb quickly reacted and had someone en route to making the necessary repairs within just an hour. Customer service is sometimes hard to find, but the folks at Holstead's are responsive, professional, and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them for all HVAC needs including maintenance and replacement.
